FAQs

Common questions.

What does it cost me?

In most cases the lender pays our brokerage, so there is no direct cost to you. If a fee ever applies we tell you up front.

How much deposit do I need?

Typically 20% for an owner-occupied purchase, though lower deposit lending and First Home options exist. We will tell you where you stand.

Can you help if a bank has already declined me?

Often yes — a decline at one lender does not mean a decline everywhere, and structure is frequently the issue.
